Vision Pro CONTACTS adheres to all of the manufacturer return policies. Once eligibility has been confirmed as per the manufacturerís return policy please return merchandise to the address listed in the Packaging & Shipping Procedure section below.
To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of credit follow the procedure outlined below.
Write the reason for the return on the original invoice. If defective, the specific nature of the defect must be included on the original invoice for the manufacturer return. Merchandise returned as defective without this information will not be accepted for credit and will be returned at the customerís expense.
Merchandise received in error or damaged in transit from Vision Pro CONTACTS must be reported to Vision Pro CONTACTS Customer Service within five business days of receipt; a replacement order will be processed at the time of the report.
You may return your purchase up to 15 days from the purchase date.
Packaging & Shipping Procedure
Place merchandise to be returned in a box and secure with packing material to prevent damage during transit. Credit will not be issued for damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise will be returned at the customerís expense.
Return merchandise using a Vision Pro CONTACTS approved carrier that provides a traceable shipping method to protect against loss, such as UPS, Certified Mail, Fed Ex or DHL. A per package courier shipping fee will be assessed for returns shipped through local courier services. Vision Pro CONTACTS is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Valid proof of delivery is required for resolution of claims.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the state you received them - including original packaging. Open contact lens boxes, vials, bottles are NOT eligible for return.

Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a Vision Pro CONTACTS returns specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within 5-7 days of arrival, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 5-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 14 days for the credit to be applied. PayPal users may see separate line items for the authorization, actual charge, and refund. Please look for the refund line item prior to contacting us.
Vision Pro Contacts return restocking fees are 20% of your purchase price plus shipping for order cancellations or refunds. Lens exchanges for store credit will only be charged shipping and any difference in price of contacts. Return shipping is only eligible on orders placed and shipped to an address in the USA. International shipments and some U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. protectorates will be required to pay return postage.
